The best thing to do is to turn your air conditioning on really cold and let the cool air hit your face, this will help you to breathe.

Take deep breaths in for the count of four and out for the count of eight. This will send more oxygen to your brain.

Pull over if you can until you can get yourself back on track, ring a friend to talk you through it.
